Users facing bottom black bar issue in their snaps as similar to iPhone bottom bar of screen

If you remember the issue faced by several iPhone users who were annoyed by the black bar at the bottom of the screen. That black rectangular shape bar was supposed to house most used applications in phones but despite the removal of apps from it, they could barely get rid of it. Something similar has come to light through a user on Reddit. The user wrote that he bought a brand new S21 FE and installed the Snapchat application.

My snapchat has Black bars at the bottom all of a sudden from GalaxyS21

All of sudden the snaps started having a black bar at the bottom. The user felt annoyed with it and found that it did not make any difference for the front or back camera and video or image. This was not the only issue that the user was facing but the pics that used to fill the entire phone screen started having the same black bar at the bottom. Even the button for taking pictures shifted above to adjust the black bar.

One of the users suggested installing an older version of Snapchat to solve the issue while another user wrote that “they are trying to get the same size across all display sizes so we don’t have to deal with some snaps”.

The issue has not yet been addressed by Samsung and Snapchat but the issue is really eye sore to the main screen.
