Rishabh Shetty & Hombale Films are working to come up with Kantara 2, a prequel to the first part. Rishabh Shetty will act and direct the film.
As reported, the shoot of the film is likely to start in June and makers are aiming for a PAN India release in the summer of 2024. The producer of the film confirmed that the actors of the film will be chosen from different industries as well.
Different people have different views about the release of the prequel to such an epic movie. Many of them are agreeing with the fact that some movies are good as they are and there need not be any part 2.
