India’s IT Ministry Blocks PayU’s LazyPay, Kissht, and Indiabulls Home Loans in a Bid to Protect Consumer Data

India’s IT Ministry has recently taken measures to block several apps, including PayU’s LazyPay and Kissht. As part of its crackdown on the misuse of consumers’ data and to protect the nation’s integrity.

The websites of both LazyPay and Kissht have been blocked by several internet service providers in the country. This action was taken based on the direction of the Ministry of Home Affairs, due to concerns that these apps could be used as tools for espionage and propaganda.
