Sequel script for “The Flash” already completed; to include Michael Keaton’s Batman and Calle’s new Supergirl

As the world awaits the release of “The Flash” film, scheduled for 16 June 2023, new inputs have revealed that a script for “The Flash 2” has already reached completion. David Leslie Johnson-McGoldrick (‘Aquaman’) has completed this script.

Twitter handle @DiscussiungFilm mentioned it in a tweet yesterday at 10:19 pm regarding the same.

Reports state that allegedly Warners already has the option for David Leslie’s sequel script if the need for a part 2 comes up.

According to reports, the sequel would guest-star Keaton’s Batman and Calle’s new Supergirl.

Muschetti, producer of “The Flash”, however, won’t consider casting The Flash. Muschetti is of the view that Miller was made for this character. Although Muschetti affirms the other depictions of the character as great, he believes that nobody else can play the character as well as Miller did, especially this particular version of the character.

With the current controversies revolving around Miller, Warner Bros is planning to take its latest creation into the global marketplace without any grand promotion from its star. There have also been doubts regarding the box office prospects of the film. However, Warners is optimistic and are looking for an opening of $75 million.

Ezra Miller has been keeping a low profile as he is seeking treatment for “complex mental health issues”. Reports state that Ezra is looking forward to the film to release and facing conversations about the movie and not about them.
