The South Korean tech company, Samsung, has officially unveiled its latest FE series devices and the four newly launched devices will be made available soon, this month itself.

The newly unveiled devices, as such and within the Galaxy ecosystem, will be offering its users the best features to maximize both their creativity and productivity.

Galaxy S23 FE

The latest Galaxy S23 FE smartphone is pre-loaded with the Android 13 operating system and its chipset is made using advanced 4nm processing technology. Two storage variants will be made available – 8GB/128GB & 8GB/256GB. To add, the device will also receive four OS updates and five years of security patch updates.

The device is also featuring a Dynamic AMOLED display panel with a screen size of 6.4″. The display has an FHD+ screen resolution and supports a super smooth, adaptive 120Hz refresh rate(varying between 60Hz and 120Hz).

Coming to the cameras, the smartphone has a pro-grade rear camera unit sporting a 50MP main camera, a 12MP ultra-wide camera, and an 8MP telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom capability. At the front, the device also has a 10MP selfie camera too.

Regarding its battery, the device packs a 4,500 mAh battery supporting a 25W fast charge feature, with which the device can be charged to up to 50% in 30 minutes. Moreover, the device also supports Fast Wireless Charging 2.0 and Wireless PowerShare features as well.

Speaking about its other features, it has a dimension of 76.5 X 158 X 8.2 mm and weighs only 209 grams. It is a 5G device and will support 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G network connectivity. The device will also be supporting Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3 wireless connectivity as well. The Galaxy S23 FE also has an IP68-rated water-resistant body and comes with security features like Samsung Knox and Samsung Knox Vault.

Samsung’s Galaxy S23 FE smartphone will be made available in selected markets on the 5th of October 2023, 2023.

Galaxy S23 FE comes with an impressive 8 GB of RAM with 128 and 256 GB of storage options. Available in three epic colours – Mint, Graphite & Purple, Galaxy S23 FE will debut on Samsung.com and Amazon.in starting October 5 and early deliveries will start from October 7.

Galaxy Tab S9 FE and Tab S9 FE+

Both the Galaxy Tab S9 FE and Galaxy Tab S9 FE+ tablets are equipped with an octa-core processor and feature 10.9″ and 12.4″ LCD display screens, respectively. The devices will also be supporting a refresh rate of up to 90Hz.

The device also has the Android 13 operating system and just like the S23 FE smartphone, the two latest FE tablet devices have also been assured to receive four years of OS updates and 5 years of security patch updates.

The two tablets will also have two storage variants. The Galaxy Tab S9 FE will arrive in 6GB/128GB and 8GB/256GB storage options, whereas the Galaxy Tab S9 FE+ device will have 8GB/128GB and 12GB/256GB storage models.

About the cameras, both the models have an 8MP main camera at the rear and a front-facing camera of 12MP. The Galaxy Tab S9 FE+ tablet, apart from the main camera, also has an 8MP ultrawide camera at the back.

The two devices will also be backed by 8,000 mAh and 10,090 mAh battery, respectively, and will support 45W wired fast charging. To note, the 45W power adapter will be sold separately and won’t be available with the devices. The tablet devices also has a QC2.0 & AFC compatible wireless charging feature as well.

Other features of the devices are IP68 rated water resistant body, 5G network connectivity(for supported models), Wi-Fi 6, Wi-Fi Direct, Bluetooth 5.3, dual speakers by AKG with Dolby Atmos support, S-Pen support, and Samsung Knox. Accessories available with the devices include an S-Pen, S-Pen Creator Edition, Book Cover Keyboard, Book Cover Keyboard Slim, Smart Book Cover and an Outdoor Cover.

Dimension-wise the Galaxy Tab S9 FE will have a size of 165.8 x 254.3 x 6.5 mm, with the 5G model weighing 524 grams and the Wi-Fi only model having a weight of 523 grams. The Galaxy Tab S9 FE+, on the other hand, has a size of 185.4 x 285.4 x 6.5 mm, with weights of 627 grams and 628 grams respectively for the Wi-Fi only and 5G models.

The Galaxy Tab S9 FE series devices will only be made available on the 10th of October 2023, five days later after the availability of the Galaxy S23 FE smartphone.

Galaxy Buds FE

The Galaxy Buds FE earbuds has a dimensions of 17.1 x 19.2 x 22.2 mm weighing 5.6 grams each, and the charging case will be having a dimension of 50.0 x 27.7 x 50.0 mm with a weight of 40 grams. The device has a 1-way speaker along with three microphones on each of its earbuds.

Coming to its connectivity features, it supports Bluetooth 5.2 and Auto Switch. The device is also compatible with audio codecs like AAC and SBC, and also Scalable (Samsung Proprietary). The device is also equipped with sensors such as a proximity sensor, hall sensor, and also has touch controls. It can be paired with devices with an Android version of 8.0 or higher, and also with more than 1.5GB of RAM.

About its battery backup, the earbuds each have 60 mAh batteries, and the charging dock is equipped with a 479 mAh battery. With ANC turned on, the earbuds will be able to offer a battery life of up to 6 hours(expandable to about 21 hours), and while not using the ANC feature, users can get a battery life of up to 8.5 hours(expandable to about 30 hours).

The Galaxy Buds FE earbuds will also be made available on the 10th of October 2023, along with the Galaxy Tab S9 FE tablet devices.

Chinese company OnePlus launched the Buds Pro 2 earlier this year along with the OnePlus 11 smartphone. Now it’s reportedly working on launching new earbuds in the market. The OnePlus Buds Pro 3 Pro was just recently spotted on a trademark site also with some other already launched earbuds by the brand. And now the nonpro model has grabbed the attention with its leaked renders and specs.

An update has come regarding these earbuds. MySmartPrice in collaboration with the tipster OnLeaks has revealed the renders of the OnePlus Buds 3 and it’s key specifications in an exclusive report. Let’s get to know about it in detail.

The render looks identical to the Buds Pro 2 but there is a significant difference in metallic finish. The report also mentioned that the OnePlus Buds 3 will weigh 4.77 grams each.

Leaked specs

The report revealed that it can be equipped with 10.4mm (woofer) and 6mm (tweeter) and can come with 45dB Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) support. The charging case is revealed to come with an IPX4 rating whereas the earbuds with IP55 rating.

As far as the battery is concerned, the report says that Buds 3 can offer 9 hours of battery life when ANC is off, and in case it can go up to 33 hours. When ANC is turned on the buds are revealed to work for 6 hours and 22 hours with the case. Each earbud is said to pack a 58mAh battery while the case can have a 520 mAh battery. It can be charged in just 10 minutes for 5 hours of listening report mentions.

Additionally, we can also get to see it coming with Google Fast Pair, dual connection support, and Bluetooth v5.3 for seamless connection.

The device has also received a few certifications. Regarding its battery, the earbuds are equipped with 60 mAh batteries and the charging case packs a 479 mAh battery. With the ANC mode turned on, the device will offer its users a playtime of 21 hours, which will be 30 hours if ANC is not being used.

Sony WF-1000XM5: Pricing & Availability

The earbuds arrive in two color variants- Black and platinum silver colors. These earbuds have been priced at Rs.24,990 and will be released for sale on October 18^th. Although starting from today consumers can pre-book these earbuds till October 15^th. On pre-booking the earbuds, you can get it for Rs.21,990 (including Rs.3000 cashback).

Buyers will also be getting a free SRS-XB100 portable speaker worth Rs.5,990 for all pre-bookings. The earbuds will be available for purchase from Sony Center.

Sony WF-1000XM5: Specifications

The XM5 features 20% enhanced ANC than the XM4. It is equipped with an 8.4 mm Dynamic Driver X. Additionally, the buds are supported by Sony V2 and QN2e chips. In terms of audio quality, it presents 24-bit audio processing. To add to it, it offers high-performance analog amplification. Previously the features and design of these upcoming products also leaked online. All three products will be officially launching on September 26 but the company will be providing a pre-order pass sale for its first product portfolio a day prior to the launch. These three products will be available for pre-order on Flipkart starting from 12 p.m. on September 25. If interested the customers can buy a pass for Rs.500 and after taking it the customers will be able to avail benefits of up to Rs.1,000.

The company has stated that the products will be made available on Flipkart, Myntra, and in select stores including Vijay Sales. As per reports, the Watch Pro could be priced at Rs.4,500, Buds Pro could be priced at Rs.3,500 and the 65W GaN charger might cost Rs.3,000.
