Be Aware, Be Alert- Hyundai cautions about fraud calls received by consumers nowadays

Fake calls and emails for being the winner of various prizes, winning the lottery, contest, or asking for bank details are what many people are bring targeted for the past few years. Even the fraudsters behave as if they are from reputed companies or banks so that the users can be easily fooled. Well, recently a similar case has taken place where many Hyundai consumers were being called for Roadside assistance, extended warranty, hotel offers, and more.

Regarding this issue, Hyundai India has now officially warned its consumers through its social media handle.

As mentioned by the automobile company these are fraud calls and not from the side of the company. The company mentioned that the consumers may get communication from fraudsters via any mode claiming to be from Hyundai Motor India or its authorized Dealerships regarding sales/offers on Roadside assistance, Extended Warranty, Hotels, and more.

Hyundai advised that in any such case, the consumers must always check with their nearest Hyundai dealers about their veracity before making any purchase or transaction. Well if you are a Hyundai consumer and you receive any such communication then stay alert and confirm it with your dealer before taking any step as this may cause you a huge loss.
